Southern California housing market weakens in October
Nov- 16, 2010--Figures from MDA DataQuick show prices barely rising and sales falling to near-record lows for the month. The median price for new and previously owned homes was $283000, up 1.1% from October 2009 and a 4.2% drop from September.
