Wells Fargo reaches agreement with California to modify risky mortgages
Dec 20, 2010‎--The bank will make modifications valued at as much as $2.4 billion on 'pick-a-payment' mortgages. It also will pay $32 million to 12000 borrowers who had such loans and lost their homes to foreclosure.
