The job market is getting better. Really.
Feb-04-2011---NEW YORK -- Unemployment has tumbled by nearly a full percentage point in the last two months, even though employers didn't hire many people.
The reason the unemployment rate fell to 9.0% from 9.4% in January
is because of a large increase in people no longer counted as part of the workforce.
And that's the part of the report that has economists scratching their heads.
