Workers look for 232 missing people after Joplin, Mo., tornado

The body of Hamil's 3-year-old son Ryan Hamil was found Thursday.

Missouri officials said they believed many of the missing people were safe but simply hadn't been in touch with friends and family. with at least a dozen of the 232 still unaccounted for Thursday.
